Namaste friends... this past summer it was our great fortune and blessing to travel into the himalayas in the region of Uttarkhand... it was in the Garwhal area of that state that we witnessed the magnificence of the snowcapped himalayas...

Namaste friends... sacred boulders are on the top of the mountain at Mt Mansfield Vermont... these were left by the last ice age...

Namaste friends...  Mt Mansfield in Vermont is the tallest peak in the green mountains of the state.
The "Notch" lies at the top of the road that goes from Jeffersonville to Stowe crossing the mountain.
